All submissions are reviewed manually. Non-compliant content or accounts, especially those misusing Diamond or VIP features, may be deleted or suspended without any refund.

Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited actions include uploading malware or engaging in scraping or data harvesting, sending spam or unsolicited communications via the site, and using the website for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

Payments, Virtual Currency, and Refund Policy. You must be the authorized user of the payment method used. The Site offers both fiat and cryptocurrency payments. We also operate a virtual currency called Diamonds. Diamond packs are available in sets of ten, twenty, fifty, one hundred, or two hundred Diamonds. Diamonds may be spent on site features and may be sent to other users, for example as a rose, where one rose equals one Diamond. Diamonds received through gifts such as roses can be withdrawn to an external cryptocurrency wallet once your account balance reaches at least one hundred Diamonds. On withdrawal, the platform retains a twenty percent fee and eighty percent is sent to your external wallet. Diamonds have no cash value outside the Site except through this withdrawal mechanism, and withdrawals are subject to identity verification and our anti-fraud checks. We are not liable for any loss of Diamonds due to account suspension, termination, or technical issues, except where required by law.

Refunds. You may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, in line with applicable EU consumer law. Refunds are granted only for valid, demonstrable reasons such as fraud or unauthorized payment; decisions are final. If the payment was made with cryptocurrencies, a refund is issued by bank transfer in fiat currency, subject to approval. Diamond withdrawals already processed are not refundable. Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws, including EU regulations on crypto-asset transfers and customer due diligence. 8.1 Users and Models. The photos and text of advertisers published on the Site are provided by the users who are registered members, and who are responsible for the content of the advertisement, including the photos and the text. It is not allowed to upload fake pictures. If we find such profiles the whole account will be deleted immediately, and if such an account has an active subscription, the amount will not be refunded. Users can provide a verification video to prove the profile is real. Verification video requirements are stated in each user account. It is not allowed to upload any content showing genitals. Such pictures will be immediately deleted or blurred. All models on this Website are over the age of eighteen. We accept only members and independent escorts or service providers. Escort directories are not allowed to register any kind of profiles. If we find profiles that link to such sites, we will delete them without any notification. We also do not accept registration of porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or any similar adult sites. Our company manually reviews each post and pictures before it goes live online. If we determine that the age of the model is in question, we may ask for ID and age verification and we reserve the right to refuse to post if the image does not fall into good business practices. All fraudulent ads will be deleted without notice. To delete and upload the same profiles, create duplicated profiles, or delete a whole account and create a new one to reach top positions is strictly prohibited. If we find such advertisers, we will delete them from our directory. The allowed way to move profiles to the top of sections is to use the VIP service in the advertiser's account. Takedown policy: each advert has a report fake button. If you think a profile uses fake photos, the advert is fraudulent, or there is copyright infringement, use this button. We deal with each report within seven business days, however usually it is much sooner. Users can at any time block specific countries from seeing their profile online. Users can hide or unhide their profile at any time.

8.2 Verified Profiles. We as the administrators verify all the profiles. These profiles have a Verified status, shown in blue. Each girl who advertises on our site has a verification option in the account. We require a verification video and a face plus ID picture as proof that the profile is real. If the girl sends the required verification video, we give her a Verified status. However, please be aware that the Site cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties that the advertiser in the pictures on any particular ad will be the same individual who shows up for any date arranged between an advertiser and yourself.

9. Copyright and DMCA Policy. All content is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying is prohibited. DMCA takedown notices can be submitted to our designated email.

9.1 User Content. In these terms of use, your content means material, including text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material, that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose. You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights. You warrant that your content will comply with these terms of use. 9.2 Paid Advertisement and Subscriptions. Users must purchase a monthly subscription of VIP, Diamond or Gold level for advertising purposes. The cost of a subscription plan can vary according to the product and period. Payment options can be found on the advertising page. We need up to forty-eight hours to activate any advertisement after we have received the payment.

9.3 Refund Policy. We want to keep our users satisfied, so we have created a special refund policy. Users may ask for a refund within fourteen days after the purchase is made, consistent with EU consumer law. We can make a refund if they provide a valid reason why the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized, or for any other reason we find appropriate. 15. Affiliate Program. Overview: our Affiliate Program rewards affiliates with commission for paid memberships or advertising traffic. Key terms: commission structure is ten percent on sales and subsequent renewals within three hundred sixty days. Cookie duration is three hundred sixty days for tracking commissions reliably. Disclosure: affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship per EU law. GDPR compliance: affiliates must not collect personal data without explicit, GDPR-compliant consent and must honor opt-outs.
